Fourking Poker
Shuffle a pack of cards and deal a card to each person, one at a time. Here are the rules for each card:
Ace: Drink one finger
2-4: Drink 2, 3 and 4 fingers respectively
5: The player who draws a 5 can, at any point in the game, start a game of Thumbs (see our listing)
6: "Toilet break" - no one can go to the toilet for the duration of the game unless they draw a 6. They can then keep this card and hand it in when they want to take a leak - this card can be used tactically if there's only a few cards left and can even be traded!
7: "Sevens" - the player who draws the seven starts the count; whenever you reach a number which contains a "7" or a multiple of 7 you shout a vulgarity or swear word - he who messes up must drink!
8: "Fag break" - like toilet break, only worse. This can lead to much fighting, but the cards become quite valuable and can be swapped for all kinds of favours.
9: "Freeze" - the person who draws a 9 can, at any stage during the game, freeze; the last person to freeze gets a drinking penalty.
10: "Toastmaster" - everyone stands while you make a toast to the Queen etc.
Jack: "Daisy Chain" - everyone starts drinking; player 1 (i.e. the player who picked the card) is the first to stop drinking; player 2 (i.e.. the person on the left of player 1) can only stop drinking when player 1 does; player 3 can only stop when player 2 stops etc. You don't want to be sitting at the end as you'll be the last to stop drinking!
Queen: "Brand Names" - the player picks a subject (beer is an obvious example) and the players take it in turns to name original brands of beer; the person who hesitates or can't think of one has to take a big swig!
King: Nothing happens until the 4th King is drawn. This is the end of the game. The poor guy who draws the final king has to down the evil concoction in the middle of the table (usually a rank mix of spirits). This is the best part of the game - unless you picked the King!
*** Warning: this game is intended for a mature audience that is of legal age to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly and help others safely enjoy alcohol.
