Get a pair of dice and ask everyone to sit in a circle.
Everyone gets 7 points, or 7 tokens, coins.
Start off with one person (the Leader) throwing the pair of dice.
He/she shouts out the score, say 8.
The next person to the left must then decide how many throws it will take to get a pair (any double).
If they decide the person can't do it in 8, they can challenge. Otherwise they just count down (7) and the next person gets to call (6) or challenge, and so on.
As soon as someone decides to challenge, they look to the person on their right (who has just called), and asks them to try and throw a double in that number of throws. If the person challenged throws a double successfully within their number of throws, the challenger loses a point, otherwise the thrower does. When you loose a go, you must take away one of your coins, or someone can track scores.
As you go around the table the number reduces and the chance of successfully throwing a double reduces - so the pressure builds!
Play then starts again with whoever lost being Leader. If you are Leader and throw a double on the first shake, you also loose a point.
Once you loose 7 points you go out. Winner is the last person left in.
